Shipping and returns

Shipping

Packages are shipped within 48 to 72 hours after payment. 

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

The rates charged are as follows:

• European Union / Switzerland

• Overseas french department and territories

Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Guyane française, St Pierre et Miquelon, Saint-Martin, Saint-Bartélémy, Polynésie Française, Nouvelle-Calédonie, Wallis et Futuna, Terres Australes et Antarctiques françaises

Return

You have received your order and would like to return one or more items?

You can do so within 30 days after receipt of your order.

For your return to be valid the product must not have been worn and must be returned with the original label.

The return costs are pais by buyer.

You have 2 options:

- ask for a refund; this will be made within 10 days after receipt of your return.

- ask for an exchange; exchange is possible on the same reference in another size/color or with an item of the same value.

How to proceed :

1. Send us an email to marie@bonjourlittle.com to inform us of the return.

2 . Write on a paper :

- surname/first name

- purchase order date

- purchase order number

- reason for return

- wish: refund or exchange (if exchange, indicate which product you wish in exchange by checking its availability on the site beforehand).

3. Send us your return with the document
